Miniwo Community Guidelines

Effective date: September 28, 2026
Last updated: September 28, 2026

Miniwo is an adults-only space for creating AI characters, exploring stories, and sharing selected creations. Be creative, respect other people, and keep control of what you share.

These rules apply to profiles, names, photos, prompts, character settings, private AI interactions, story cards, comments, and other activity on Miniwo. Fictional framing, private visibility, and AI generation do not exempt content from these rules.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 to use Miniwo. Do not falsify your age, lend an account to someone under 18, or help another person bypass an age restriction.

Do not upload photographs of minors. If you believe a user is underage, report the account rather than demanding identity documents or publicly accusing them.

2. Treat people with respect

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, sexually harass, or organize abuse against anyone. Do not evade a block to continue contacting a person.

We prohibit hateful attacks or dehumanization based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Criticism of ideas is different from attacking people or encouraging discrimination against them.

Disagreement is allowed. Targeted humiliation, coordinated dogpiling, and threats are not.

3. Respect privacy and identity

Do not post another person’s address, private contact details, identity documents, account credentials, confidential messages, or other sensitive information without authorization.

Do not create a misleading profile or character that impersonates a real person, implies their participation, or falsely claims their endorsement. Clearly fictional expression does not excuse harassment, privacy violations, or unauthorized exploitation of a likeness.

Only upload adult photographs you are entitled to use for the requested generation. Do not assume that finding a picture online gives you permission to use it.

4. No pornography or non-consensual intimate imagery

Miniwo does not allow pornography or sexually explicit imagery or text intended for sexual stimulation. Do not use the Service to solicit sexual services or distribute sexual exploitation material.

Non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited, including AI-generated or altered intimate depictions of a real person. We also prohibit sexual extortion, threats to distribute intimate material, hidden-camera sexual content, and attempts to obtain intimate images through coercion or deception.

Permission to create or privately share an image does not necessarily include permission to publish it. Public figures have protections too.

Request urgent removal by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Urgent: Intimate Image Removal.” Submission instructions are available in our Complaints Policy. You do not need a Miniwo account to submit a request.

5. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

We prohibit child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, and any promotion or facilitation of child sexual exploitation. This includes synthetic, illustrated, and AI-generated sexualized depictions of minors.

Do not ask an AI character to act as a minor in a sexual scenario. Do not attempt to disguise prohibited material with coded language, altered ages, or claims that it is fictional.

Report suspected violations using the in-app report tool or [email protected]. Do not download, duplicate, or resend suspected abuse material to prove a report; provide its location or content identifier instead. We restrict access, preserve necessary evidence securely, and report to appropriate authorities when legally required.

6. Do not encourage serious harm

Do not threaten or encourage real-world violence, terrorism, abuse, or serious criminal activity. Do not request actionable assistance for causing such harm or publish graphic real-world violence for shock or gratification.

Discussion of distress, recovery, or a difficult experience is allowed when handled safely. Encouraging suicide or self-injury, glorifying harmful behavior, or giving actionable instructions for it is not.

Miniwo is not an emergency service and does not guarantee immediate human intervention. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

7. Respect intellectual property

Only publish material you have permission or another lawful basis to use. Do not copy another user’s character, photograph, artwork, or writing and present it as your own. Do not misuse trademarks or pretend to represent a brand.

AI generation does not automatically clear third-party rights. Describing something as “fan art,” “for entertainment,” or “non-commercial” does not automatically resolve an infringement issue. Applicable legal exceptions remain available and depend on context.

Viewing, liking, or collecting a card is not permission to reuse its character or sell copies. Miniwo’s initial release does not provide a character-remix license.

Email [email protected] for copyright, trademark, or likeness concerns. Follow the relevant instructions in our Complaints Policy.

8. No scams, spam, or manipulation

Do not impersonate Miniwo staff, request passwords or payment credentials, run scams, post deceptive promotions, or misrepresent generated content as evidence of real events.

Do not buy fake engagement, automate abusive activity, operate coordinated harassment accounts, or flood the Service with repetitive content. Do not use private emotional disclosures to exploit a user or pressure them to make payments.

Do not submit knowingly false reports or weaponize the reporting process against another person. Good-faith reports will not be penalized merely because we do not find a violation.

9. Use AI responsibly

AI characters are not people, professionals, or emergency responders. Do not configure a character to conceal its AI nature, falsely claim professional qualifications, pressure a person into isolation, or threaten emotional consequences to obtain money or continued engagement.

Do not bypass safety systems, extract another user’s private information, or use prompts designed to override access controls. Report unsafe or inappropriate outputs rather than reposting harmful material to attract attention.

10. Choose what you publish

Your original photo, private chat history, and cross-conversation memories are not automatically shared with a story card. Review the preview before publishing and remove information you do not want the selected audience to see.

Other people may capture public content. You can use available visibility and deletion controls, but Miniwo cannot guarantee removal of copies already saved outside the Service.

11. Reporting and blocking

Use the available report control on a card, comment, profile, or AI reply, or email [email protected]. Identify the content or account, provide its link or identifier if available, and briefly explain the concern. Select the closest reason when the reporting interface provides one. Report only the information necessary for review.

You can block a user without filing a report. Blocking prevents supported interactions between the affected accounts; it does not erase copies of public material elsewhere or guarantee that someone cannot use another account.

Ordinary community reports do not identify the reporter to the reported user. Formal legal notices may require different disclosures, which are explained in our Complaints Policy. We cannot promise anonymity where a valid legal obligation requires disclosure.

We send report updates and outcomes to the email address provided with the report. For a status request, email [email protected] and include your case reference if available. Serious risks are prioritized. Miniwo is not a substitute for contacting emergency services.

12. How we enforce these rules

We consider severity, context, repetition, potential harm, and relevant evidence. Actions may include a warning, reduced visibility, content removal, feature limits, temporary suspension, or account termination. Serious violations may result in immediate restrictions without a prior warning.

Automated detection can support moderation, and authorized reviewers can assess reports and appeals. We provide an explanation and available review route when appropriate and legally permitted. We may withhold details that would expose a victim, compromise an investigation, or enable circumvention.

We do not determine violations solely by the number of reports. Repeated infringement, abuse, or attempts to evade enforcement may lead to account termination.

13. Appeals and contact

If you believe we made a mistake, email [email protected] with the subject “Community Appeal.” Identify the decision and explain why it should be reconsidered. We aim to have appeals reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker where practicable.

Any applicable legal right to external dispute resolution, regulatory complaint, or court review remains available. Our appeals process does not replace a statutory copyright counter-notice procedure.
